Watches are sold to assist the user in their day to day life not to be considered a lifesaving device.<

Limitation of Liability

Soswear liability under the warranty policy is limited to the repair or replacement of defective product. Soswear hold the right to deem if the product is defective or due to miss use. The user agrees to indemnify soswear from any claim or demand including attorney’s fees made by any third party regarding our products. The user understands that tat the GPS S functions and the help SMS alarms the device sends out are limited to the common constraints of GPS sytems.

The user’s liability

The user should advise all emergency contacts to extend their ring on their phone and to enter the watch sim number in their phone as emergency. The medical alarms on watch are not to be taken as true, they are only a guideline and if there are concerns about notifications the user should consult their medical practitioner.

Warranty

Sos wear warranty the product for 12 months, any warranty claims must be submitted in writing initially and upon review Soswear will contact the user to ascertain the issue and if manufacturing fault the user will send back the watch and if after our technicians find the product faulty a new watch will be dipatched to the user.
